4. Encouraging our employees and contractors to actively participate in our OHS program and report any hazards, incidents, or near-misses to enable prompt corrective action.
5. Regularly monitoring and reviewing our OHS performance, setting measurable objectives and targets, and reporting on progress to senior management and employees.
6. Continuously improving our OHS performance through regular audits, management reviews, and engagement with stakeholders.
